Join Eastern Learning Alliance as Network Manager!

Are you a hands-on IT professional with great customer service skills, ready to manage a team and support an exciting transition? The Eastern Learning Alliance is seeking a Network Manager to oversee the network, hardware, and software systems across our schools.

Based at Chesterton Community College, you’ll manage a local team of IT Technicians and work closely with the Trust Network Architect and Director of IT Systems.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Operational Management: Ensure network availability, manage infrastructure (servers, workstations), and oversee maintenance and purchasing.
  • Cyber Resilience: Supporting the system hardening programme, rolling out Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), enhancing backup and recovery testing, and managing vulnerability scanning.
  • Cloud Transition: Support the deployment of modern platforms as we move from on-premise to a cloud environment.
