The Eastern Learning Alliance is a well-regarded and high performing multi-academy Trust operating across the East of England. We run ten very successful schools and sixth form colleges with expertise in primary, secondary and special school settings. Our Trust work is driven by a dynamic central team who strive to ensure an excellent educational experience for all young people in our schools through collaborative work with colleagues.


We are looking to appoint a HR and Payroll Administrator to work within our Trust. The role will report to the Trust Financial Controller and support the wider finance team. The successful candidate will provide an efficient and highly accurate payroll and pension service for schools within the Trust whilst also to supporting with HR administration tasks.
