Witchford Village College is a successful and expanding 11-16 Community College covering a rural catchment area close to the beautiful and historic city of Ely, 16 miles north of Cambridge.
Leaders ensure that pupils’ learning needs are met well. When needed, teachers adapt learning effectively for pupils with SEND. ‘The Zone’ and ‘The Cabin’ provide specialist support for pupils with SEND. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Communication Support Worker to join our Autism Enhanced Resource Base. The successful candidate will support students on a 1:1, 2:1 or small group basis, helping them to develop effective communication, social understanding, emotional regulation, independence, and access to learning within both the ERB and mainstream school environment.
