Cambridge Maths School (CMS) is a specialist sixth form developed in partnership with the University of Cambridge, with a focus on pioneering learning and increasing diversity in the field of mathematical sciences. The school provides a diverse range of young people with access to a unique educational experience, located in bespoke facilities on Mill Road in Cambridge. The school offers A levels in mathematics, further mathematics, biology, chemistry, computer science and physics.
The school is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and forward‑thinking Teacher of Mathematics to join a high‑performing and ambitious department. This is a full‑time position with the opportunity to take on a TLR as Head of Year 12 for the right candidate .
The school delivers a highly specialised A-Level STEM-based curriculum to enthusiastic students from the eastern region. CMS works to attract high achieving students from groups who do not normally progress to the most competitive university STEM courses.
