- A qualified and active RLSS National Pool Lifeguard, First Aid at Work and National Pool Plant Operators qualification.
- Strong team leadership and staff development skills
- Experience in managing health & safety, safeguarding, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, flexible, and customer-focused mindset
- Experience in leisure operations, ideally in a multi-site environment
What we offer:
- Full training and ongoing professional development
- Free use of sports centre facilities
- Comprehensive employee benefits scheme
- On-site parking
- The opportunity to influence and shape community health and wellbeing.
If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to grow within a professional sports and leisure environment, we would be delighted to hear from you.
